hello, i'm Jordan Reichmann

I was born in Central Indiana and spent the first 14 years of my life in Arizona. After moving to Carmel, IN when I was 15 I have not been able to leave. I started my career in numbers doing accounting for a local real estate firm. From there, I sold real estate with a focus on foreclosures, for over 8 years. When I started looking for a new challenge, I was immediately drawn to the mortgage side of real estate. I started as an assistant to figure out how it all works and from there became partners with a seasoned mortgage loan officer and went out on my own once he retired.

My philosophy is that the customer is always first and cannot be educated enough. I try to make myself available whenever the customer needs me to be to make sure they are 100% comfortable with the process and their end result. I am currently heavily involved in Habitat for Humanity of Boone County helping them get their docs in order to help low-income families obtain the American Dream of owning a home. The most rewarding thing about this job is sitting at the closing table with someone who has been working to be able to own a home and making that a reality. When someone who has never owned a home or thought they would never be able to own a home gets the keys to a home where they are no longer paying rent, it is truly a special moment. Making that process as easy, efficient and painless as possible is a small role I get to play in changing these peoples lives.
