I graduated from Indiana University in 1991 with a degree in psychology. Upon moving to Indianapolis in March of 1992, I obtained my real estate license and began originating mortgages shortly thereafter. With over 17 years of experience, I am extremely knowledgeable on underwriting guidelines, and I pride myself on providing exceptional rates and service to Realtors®, past clients, builders, financial advisors and their clients or referrals.

My clientele is 100% referral-based, and I truly enjoy helping prospective borrowers obtain the best mortgage terms on purchase and refinance loans of every kind. I have a wealth of experience in a variety of loan products, including but not limited to residential, Alt A commercial lending, second mortgages, equity loans, FHA, and VA. My goal is to provide exceptional service, and to earn my clients referrals. My mantra is "let my rates earn your business and my service earn your referrals!"

My wife, Julieann, and I live on the northeast side of Indianapolis with our two beautiful girls (a dog and a cat). I am active in Circle City Business Boosters Club, The Skyline Club, Rainmakers, the Jewish Community Center and many other associations.
