I grew up in Kokomo, Indiana and graduated from Kokomo High School in 1979. I graduated from Ball State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing in 1983. My first job out of college was a sales position with Campbell’s Soup, and later I sold outdoor advertising. After having my first daughter in 1987, I was a stay at home mom for the next 15 years.
I began my career in the mortgage industry in 2002. I started with Flagstar Bank, and have also worked with Countrywide (which became Bank of America), Union Savings Bank, and PrimeLending. I started with Hallmark Home Mortgage in December 2016.
Hallmark Home Mortgage has a very friendly working environment. Hallmark has an upfront underwriting process that I like very much. What this means for my customers is that the file goes directly to an underwriter for approval and conditions as soon as it is submitted. My processor will then work closely with my clients, and drive the file to closing.
I pride myself on great customer service, honesty and integrity. I always strive for open and active communication with my clients and agents. I appreciate the opportunity to work with homeowners every day.
