During my 17 years in the mortgage industry, my focus has been on the customer and their experience.  This strategy has been fundamental to my path towards a leadership role. Influenced by my peers and mentors expertise, I’ve incorporated leading operational practices, high performing teams, and process efficiencies into my approach. These provide the foundation for a best in class service offering, which promotes an optimal client experience. Ensuring the client’s satisfaction is best way to gain competitive market advantage in any mortgage environment.

Over the years, I’ve been involved in several organizations, which center around youth and underprivileged family development/support. My two favorite organizations include Big Brothers Big Sisters and the Boys & Girls Club.  My daughters have also taken on volunteering individually at the Humane Society and, as a family, we participate in KIC-IT events.      

What I find most rewarding about my job are the interactions and relationships developed with my peers and partners in the field. The people I work with are the basis for my motivation. I get out of bed every morning ready to team up and take on the world together! 

In the mortgage industry, companies and individuals must resolve issues effectively, develop client focused solutions, and execute operational efficiencies as a cohesive team to remain a market leader. This philosophy leads to the empowerment of our teams and individuals to reach their highest performance potential and achieve our career goals together!
