I have been in the Columbus area since 1985 and attended Ohio State University and Columbus State Community College. I have two boys who are very active in sports and I spend a lot of time at football games cheering them on from the sidelines. We are outdoor people and love hiking, riding dirt bikes, swimming, traveling and just about anything else to do with the outdoors.

I have been in the finance industry since 1990. I started in the industry booking time plan contracts for local retail merchants and moved to a new position in 1991 focusing on mortgages. I have worked for many banks and have worn many hats, from auditing Real Estate loans to becoming an Account Executive, covering the Columbus, Dayton and Cincinnati territories, and working with Brokers, Correspondents, Banks and Credit Unions. I have taught clients how to process a mortgage loan from start to finish through the bank’s internal system, using a variety of loan programs.

The underwriting guidelines may have tightened, but I have learned the ins and outs of what is needed to get the loan closed on time and without delay, making the transaction as seamless as possible.
