As a loan officer with a strong background in Math and Physics, I have a natural knack for problem-solving. I was the kid who deliberately tackled all the problems at the back of the chapter, including the starred questions. While I may not claim to be the “smartest”, I excel in approaching problems with a solution-oriented mindset. My philosophy in customer service and file progression is simple: under promise and over deliver. I am dedicated to providing excellent customer service and ensuring that all file progressions meet the required timelines for closing. I believe in telling clients and realtors what they need to hear, not just what they want to hear. Helping clients build wealth through homeownership is a passion of mine. I have guided many clients, from purchasing their first home with little to no down payment to buying their next home with down payments of 20% or more. Pre-approvals are an essential part of my process to determine purchasing capabilities within financial means. Buying a home with mortgage financing is like taking a financial exam, and I strive to ensure my clients are well-prepared. The only unknowns will be the appraisal and home inspection, as any issues with credit, income, and assets are resolved before house hunting begins. On a personal note, I have six wonderful grandkids, all within five years of each other. This experience brings a unique perspective to my professional life, emphasizing the importance of family and future planning. In my role, I consider myself more of a consultant than a loan officer, dedicated to providing insightful advice and guidance to help my clients achieve their homeownership dreams.
