Kim Christian - Case Opener
My career in the mortgage industry began in the fall of 2003 processing loans for a mortgage broker in Texas while finishing up my bachelor’s degree. After graduation, I continued working as a loan processor until I met my husband and we moved to Indiana in the fall of 2007.
I took a year off to adjust to married life and my new surroundings, then accepted a position focusing primarily on case openings and processing.
At Hallmark, it’s my job to ensure that the costs and fees associated with your loan are disclosed to you openly and honestly, making your loan experience pleasant and free of last-minute surprises. My philosophy is simple: treat every customer in the friendly, respectful, and honest way that I would expect to be treated. To that end, I go out of my way to make sure customers are fully informed and comfortable during their home buying experience.
When I’m not at work, I love spending time with my husband and two teenage stepdaughters. As much as possible, I also try to travel to Texas to visit family and friends.
