I began my career in the mortgage industry about 15 years ago as a processor with Kemper Mortgage. Since then, I have held jobs in processing, closing, and originating. In my current position as a Processor, I am able to draw on that experience to make sure that everything goes smoothly through processing. I work directly with the cutomer to confirm that all documentation is in order and ready for our in-house underwriting department.

My customer service philosophy is to treat everyone with respect, and I enjoy working with home buyers at all stages. From answering questions for first-time home buyers to helping seasoned real estate agents find solutions to challenging situations, I give each loan that is processed my personal attention.
