I began lending career in Toledo, Ohio and First National Bank of Toledo in 1974. My  mortgage lending career began in 1992. I am proficient in Conventional,  FHA, VA, USDA, first time homebuyers programs and the Reverse Mortgage products available for purchase or refinance. I am a longtime member of Area Real Estate Associations, currently serving as the treasure of one and past Affiliate member of the Delaware Board of Realtors. I also obtained an Associate’s Degree in Business and Finance from the University of Toledo.

My wife, Elsie and I are celebrating our 45th anniversary this year, we have 2 children and 6 grandchildren. I am also a Veteran of the United State Marine Corps serving actively from 1969 to 1973. During the college football season I serve as an Usher (supervisor) at The Ohio State University at all home football games, spring game and special events at the stadium.

Through the area association I participate in the Realtor Care Day program in June which is used to assist an area resident who is unable to maintain their home with painting, landscaping and other minor work around their home. It has always been a pleasure to assist my clients with the home buying process. The responsibility we have as mortgage lenders is huge when you consider the impact we have on the lives of our clients, agents and sellers. Communication is important in the process and I strive to provide updated info to my client and agents as the loan moves through the system to close.
