Travis Ard - Senior Mortgage Consultant

I received my bachelor of science degree in accounting from Greenville College in 1998, and in 2000 I began working in banking and finance. During my career, I’ve been fortunate to work for both the largest home lender in the greater Cincinnati area and the largest home lender in the United States. In my current position as a senior mortgage consultant at Hallmark Home Mortgage, my specialties include finance, loan structuring, loan closing, consulting and competitive negotiating.

My customers can feel confident that they will receive a superior customer service experience. I am committed to dedicating the time and attention necessary to ensure the most positive loan process possible. By staying current on available loan products, monitoring the mortgage loan transaction at each stage, keeping customers updated on their loan status, and returning calls and emails promptly, I deliver on this commitment to each and every customer I work with.

In addition to serving my customers, I feel it’s also important to serve the community. I have been a member of the Downtown Residence Council since 2002, serving as president from 2004 to 2008. The Downtown Residence Council’s mission is to promote the central business district as an exciting place to live, work and play. I have also served on the board of Downtown Cincinnati, Inc., a non-profit focused on building a dynamic metropolitan center by providing leadership and advocacy for issues related to long-term downtown vitality.
