I believe that you should
do everything possible to please the customer. That includes answering all
of their questions, not
putting them into voicemail or the directory. Technology is great and definitely helps
with efficiency; however, sincere
customer service cannot be achieved through an
automated menu - it requires a personal aspect.
I enjoy the culture at
Hallmark. It is an atmosphere where the
knowledge and experience that I have gained over
the years is valued and appreciated. It is an environment
where the employees are treated with respect and
ownership, where management strives to make it
