I started working at Liberty Mutual Insurance as a customer service representative. Later I went to work for Meridian Title as a processor. In 1998 I started working at Waterfield Mortgage.  

My specialty is FHA/First time homebuyers.  

One thing I love about working at Hallmark Home Mortgage is the sense of family that I have with my co-workers. In fact, I work with my identical triplet sister, which is usually great, but is occasionally confusing for our customers. One time a customer came in to bring loan documents and I was at the front desk. He smiled at me as if he knew me and I said “Good Morning, can I help you?” He laughed as if I was teasing him. We went back and forth for a minute then I realized he probably thought he was talking to my sister, Lindsay. He was not aware that we both worked there!  

I have a cat named Kitty.  I love creating things such as my own cards, holiday wreaths and advent trees. I enjoy ice skating at Howard Park with my daughter and watching her sporting events at St. Anthony’s School.  

My customer service philosophy is to make everyone feel that they are the most important customer and give them the kind of service and personal attention that I would want myself.
