I am a graduate of Ball State University; and have been in the mortgage industry for 20 years. Having worked as a loan originator, title company closer, and mortgage company closer have prepared me well for my job as Hallmark's closing manager. It's my responsibility to make sure that your expectations are met leading up to your closing.

I am a huge fan of the Chicago Bears and Notre Dame sports. I also enjoy music, especially the Blues, and have over 800 albums and 800 CD’s in my collection.

My customer service philosophy is to do everything possible to satisfy my customer.
