"I wanted to personally write you a letter and thank you for giving us our dream come true. It really means a lot to my wife and me that there are people out there like you! It's nice to know there are still people in business willing to help the customer when they need it! We are really excited to move in to our new home when it is complete.

We would also like you to now that you have a great crew that works with you, such as Torn Reinhold, Michelle Smeckens, and Lonnie Norris who we have dealt with a lot during this whole process.
