to you. You helped us to recently complete
refinancing of our home and did a great job.
This was not a straightforward deal. The
mortgage was complicated by the fact we had a
large jumbo loan and the original title company
had not done a complete complication of the
appropriate background materials. Part of our
lot lay in a floodplain, and the FEMA survey was
lost. You helped locate the original survey and
made sure that a copy was included with our
package. Then an incorrect item appeared on my
credit report, and the situation was complicated
enough that I had to hire legal assistance. Even
while this was in contest, you were able to work
with the lender to get approval of the loan. The
delays also threatened to make us lose our lock
on the rate, but you were able to get two
extensions and we ended up with a very good
