Melissa Eggleston - Processor

I moved from Mishawaka to Indianapolis in 1985 where I began a 17 year career in the title industry. During this time, I learned all aspects of the business including customer service, issuance of owner and lender title insurance policies, the settlement of mortgage loan transactions and eventually management. After “retiring” from Guarantee Title & Trust Company in the spring of 2004, an unexpected opportunity in October of that year allowed me to join a small mortgage broker’s office where I began processing loans for conventional, FHA and VA borrowers. In my current processing position with Hallmark Home Mortgage, I have the knowledge and experience to assist loan officers, real estate agents and buyers with an efficient and smooth mortgage transaction.

My husband and I have been married for 25 years and have 2 children – Elyse is 24 and a newlywed (Billy) and Alex is a junior at Carmel High School.
