Since 1999 I’ve served as a mortgage loan processor and bookkeeper, handling all of the many details that go into a mortgage application. Each step of the way, I review the documents, verify the information and schedule the necessary services to ensure the mortgage process runs smoothly. My experience includes a role as manager and supervisor of a credit union, so my knowledge of the lending industry is multifaceted.

Much of my time is devoted to Jerry, my husband of 36 years; my two children, Matt and Leslie; and my grandsons Jacob and Brandon. We also stay busy with our two dogs, several cats, a cockatiel, an aquarium and an outdoor pond! I also am a diehard Cubs fan. Enjoying a game at Wrigley Field is the best, but if I can’t be there, I watch faithfully on TV.

Giving back to my community is important; in particular I volunteer for the LaPorte County Literacy Coalition and LaPorte Hospital. In the past I’ve served as treasurer of Psi Iota Zi sorority and as board liaison for Junior Achievement of Michiana.

Because of my credit union background, customer service always has been a priority for me. Making our customers feel comfortable with me and with the whole mortgage process is my goal. My coworkers at Hallmark Home Mortgage share those same customer service priorities.
