Karen Little - Senior Mortgage Consultant

In 1984 I began my career in the mortgage industry at Standard Federal Bank processing mortgage files and working with underwriters on conventional, FHA and VA loans. Then, in 1993, I went to work for the in-house mortgage company at Coldwell Banker Roth Wehrly Graber, where I eventually moved into originating loans.  

As a licensed Indiana mortgage broker at Hallmark Home Mortgage, I especially enjoy putting my expertise to work for first-time buyers. I believe in processing all transactions with honesty and integrity, and will go to great lengths to make sure that my customers are given a premium level of service.  

I am married with two adult daughters, and am pleased to be working in the same community where I’ve lived my entire life. I also enjoy being an active member of my church.
