Kaye Flanagan - Senior Vice President

My career in the mortgage industry began over 20 years ago in San Antonio, Texas where I sold manufactured homes and processed the applications to get borrowers approved for their purchase. Three years later I was asked to join the Norwest Mortgage team to process loans for residential mortgages. From Norwest, I was transferred to the Waterfield Mortgage office in Fort Wayne, Indiana. While working at Waterfield Mortgage, I processed loans, managed a team of up to 20 members, and was soon promoted to assistant vice president of operations. When I joined Hallmark Home Mortgage I started in the closing/post closing area. I am now senior vice president of operations, and I am enjoying every minute of it! We have the best people at Hallmark - we care about each other and we care about our customers.

I am also a wife and mother of three very busy children. Being actively involved in my children’s school and sports, I am constantly on the go. It seems that one of my three children either has practice or a game every night of the week!

Communication is the key component for a successful relationship, and that’s our philosophy here at Hallmark. It is very important for us to keep open communication with our customers and with each other. With open communication, the sky is the limit!
