Jim Morr - Financial Officer

My experience in mortgage loan origination, regulatory compliance and quality control began in 1991. Before joining Hallmark Home Mortgage, I was an assistant vice president of Waterfield Financial Corporation, responsible for compliance with state and federal mortgage, and banking rules and regulations.

My wife and I live on our family farm with our two Shih Tzu dogs. I was born and raised in Fort Wayne and enjoy attending Komet Hockey games, and working around the house and yard.

I feel that good customer service is an opportunity to build on the relationship. Welcoming new ideas and feedback, as well as listening, learning and changing to meet the needs of the customer is key.

The greatest thing about working at Hallmark is the atmosphere in the office and the interaction with my co-workers.
