My career in mortgage banking has spanned nearly
30 years, beginning at Waterfield Mortgage
Company in the Internal Audit Department. After
several years as an auditor, I was selected to
work on a one-year project implementing a
computer system in our branch offices. This
turned into over 20 years of working in various
roles implementing and supporting the computer
systems for the sales and operations groups.
After a short time at a financial investment
firm, I’m thrilled to be back home in the
mortgage banking industry where I now have the
opportunity to do both auditing and systems
work.
When I'm not at work, I especially enjoy being
outdoors from early spring to late fall doing
flower and vegetable gardening and putting up
delicious vegetables through canning and
freezing. Summer time also finds me aboard a
Massey Ferguson tractor mowing 30+ acres at the
tree farm my husband and I own.
I believe everyone is my customer whether they
are internal or external to our company and
should be treated the same. To provide superior
customer service, I strive to be a good
listener, anticipate needs, and have a positive
outcome to each request.
It is great working at Hallmark Home Mortgage
with my former Waterfield co-workers, and people
who share a common desire to do the best job
possible and provide excellent customer service.
