After earning my bachelor 's degree at Indiana University and MSBA at the University of Saint Francis, I became a Realtor® with Sherer & Associates (now known as Re/Max Home Connection), There, I absorbed all that I could about purchase transactions and customer service,

Next up was learning the lender side as a loan processor for Metro Mortgage Solutions, and later the big picture of purchase and refinance transactions at Metropolitan Title. This thorough, well-rounded experience has allowed me to provide the best possible service to customers and vendors, be they Realtors, title companies, loan officers, buyers, sellers, or borrowers.

I balance my time between working to satisfy our customers and getting loans to the closing table with my interest in performing arts. During the winter and spring, you might see me supporting the Norwell and Carroll High School show choirs on the competition circuit either in the audience or by assisting with the sound. I also help with lighting, sound, and stage management at Pine Hills Church.

When it comes to customer service at work, I try to put myself in the shoes of customers to better understand their needs and wants. My experiences in multiple fields help me connect at all levels and more easily see the process from the customer's perspective.

My colleagues at Hallmark Home Mortgage are equally intent on satisfying the customer, doing whatever is necessary to get the job done seamlessly, aided by comprehensive in-house processing. My favorite part about working at Hallmark is the way we band together, always smiling, sometimes laughing too.
