Julia Boxell - Senior Construction Loan Processor

I have been in the mortgage industry for 12 years. I started in a local bank as a closer and draw coordinator before moving into processing and client coordinating for New Construction mortgage loans at Waterfield Mortgage. I was then promoted to manager for the New Construction Risk Department. In my current position as senior construction loan processor with Hallmark Home Mortgage, I will put my experience to work for you to ensure that your loan is processed smoothly so you can focus on building your dream home!

Away from the office, I enjoy being at the lake and dancing.

My philosophy on customer service is to keep the customer "in the know”; to be a resource on how the system works and why we need what we need. Obtaining a mortgage and going through the construction process can be very stressful, and it's very important that the customer fully understand the process to alleviate any unwanted surprises. An informed customer is a happy customer!

The great thing about working at Hallmark is that I am working with the same great Waterfield people that I worked with before. It is a blessing. We know each other and how we work, and we all have the same goal.
