I am a native of South Bend and have been
involved with real estate for the past 16 years.
Upon finishing college at Indiana University in
1985, I married my wife and we moved to
Michigan, where I worked in the automotive and
aircraft industry, providing pro-type components
for turbine engines, automotive exhaust systems,
and military defense weapons. We moved back to
South Bend in 1989, and I began working in
manufacturing and distribution of various
products involving the recreational vehicle
industry. In 2002, I was approached to invest in
a small local manufacturer to help grow the
business and position it for an eventual sale.
We successfully sold the company in June 2007.
My wife and I live in Granger, Indiana, and we
have three wonderful children: Cole (23), Alexa
(20), a junior at Indiana University, and
Marissa (17), a junior at Penn High School. My
wife has been a successful Realtor®
for the past 20 years, and we have owned more
than a dozen investment properties in the last
11 years. In our spare moments, we enjoy the
shores of Lake Michigan, spending time with
friends, and participating in functions at River
Valley Community Church.
I am also involved with the local American
Cancer Society and the Susan G. Komen
Foundation.
One of my greatest joys is being able to help
people make solid decisions and providing
accurate information for customers who are
seeking honest advice about one of the most
important decisions in their lives.
Doing that at Hallmark Home Mortgage has been a
breath of fresh air. The Hallmark team is a
group of highly-skilled professionals who are
dedicated to helping people achieve the dream of
owning a home. The vast mortgage experience,
knowledge, and willingness to help, all housed
under one roof, is unsurpassed. The commitment
to ensuring the home buying experience is smooth
and stress-free is unwavering.
It is my great fortune to work for such a
terrific company and, in the process, to help
others.
