My career in the mortgage business started in
1998 at Waterfield Mortgage. After graduating
from Indiana University with a B.S. in business,
I was fortunate to be hired into loan processing
by Christine Buchanan, Hallmark Home Mortgage’s
current senior vice president/regional
operations manager. I was quickly promoted from
automated underwriting specialist for the new
construction team to new construction trainer,
and eventually became a national construction
risk analyst. As a risk analyst, it was my goal
to develop procedures and processes that help
borrowers successfully build their dream home.
Currently, in my position as draw
coordinator/new construction risk analyst I use
all of my construction knowledge and experience
to make the draw process an efficient, accurate
and pleasant experience for all parties.
On a personal note, I have been happily married
for 19 years and have 2 beautiful
daughters that are my heart and soul. In my free
time, I enjoy everything outdoors; especially
golf and going to any pool or beach. I love
reading and watching a good movie when the Fort
Wayne weather keeps me inside.
I am pleased to be a part of the Hallmark team.
