I began my career in the financial industry as a loan officer with Key Bank, NA in 1992. In 1997, I had the opportunity to work with a group of highly experienced professionals at Waterfield Financial, where I spent the next 10 years doing just about everything in the mortgage business. I was a loan officer, a sales assistant, a loan processor, and a new construction specialist just to name a few of my titles and responsibilities. When Waterfield closed its doors in 2006, I took a new position with Fifth Third Bank Corp where I had the opportunity to utilize my knowledge of new construction financing to work in their commercial construction loan administration department. When I heard that a group of former Waterfield employees would be opening new doors in Columbus, I knew I wanted to become part of a team and a culture that was so familiar to me. It’s a place where hard work, being a team player and having fun go hand in hand. Hence, I joined Hallmark Home Mortgage in 2009.

While I am away from the office, you can find me spending time with friends and my two children. We like to take bike rides together and do a lot of swimming. I am a graduate of The Ohio State University and am a big college football enthusiast, "Go Bucks".

I believe providing my customer with an exceptional level of service is the most important part of my job. Buying a home is an exciting time in your life, and that's why I promise to make the process go as smoothly as possible. My customer philosophy is to treat all people as I would like to be treated.

Working at Hallmark Home Mortgage is not simply working 9-5 daily. It's a group of very dedicated professionals who work around the clock to make things happen. It's like a big family where you know you can count on anyone, anytime.
