I have worked in the mortgage industry for over 16 years. I started out processing loans, but my desire to learn has allowed me to challenge myself in other positions. I have been an FHA underwriter since 1999 and prior to my retirement, finished my career with JP Morgan Chase as an assistant vice president running three divisions before coming to Hallmark Home Mortgage.

For the last 3 years, I took a break from the industry, but I had to return. I love being a part of something that helps people achieve their dream of homeownership. Hallmark Home Mortgage strives to help every borrower achieve this goal and dream and I am fulfilled everyday by working with such wonderful and caring people who work diligently to achieve this for each and every person who talks with our company.

I have been married for over 16 years and have 4 wonderful children. I enjoy spending time with my family at home and my family at Hallmark. I was a cheerleader in high school and most people that know me can tell this by my high energy and attitude. I have a "go, go, go" attitude which works very well in this business.

Customer service is my number one focus and I believe that it is very important to put the customer as our first priority and answer any questions they may have. Educating the customer on what their loan will entail is vital to the success of the process for the borrower.

I feel very fortunate to work for such a great company. My co-workers are an extension of my family and I can’t imagine being anywhere else in the business.
