"I recently built a home valued at more than half a million dollars. I am an educator, and this amount typically does not match up with someone in my profession. However, Curt Uminger assisted my wife and I from the get go to allow us to feel comfortable with our decision throughout the entire process. He was patient in communicating the information to us at our level. He was always available to speak with us regarding any questions we had throughout the process. There were even times when he would call to explain things that he felt I needed to know, even without me asking him to do so.  

I am sitting in my new home typing this letter a year after meeting curt. As I look back over the course of the year we spent with Curt, it is obvious that he took care of us. curt began the process with the construction loan. My wife and I were very naive in this department. This is the first custom home we have ever built and this resulted in the need for things to be slowed down and presented to us clearly. Curt stayed with us throughout the entire 9 months it took to build out home. He would update us on the phone and often send documents in the mail for our records. I felt very comfortable knowing that curt was open and honest with us the entire time.  

Curt spent over an hour with us at the closing of the construction loan. He then spent that same amount of time with us when we closed on the permanent loan. This time with us is a mere drop in the bucket compared to the amount of time he spent reviewing our paperwork and communicating with us.  

I am hopeful that curt will be available to assist me and my family should we need it in the future. I would recommend Curt's services to every friend and every one of my family members. I am someone that believes a person's true character is how they act and present themselves on a daily basis. Curt is a down to Earth professional that places his clients at the top of his priority list. He speaks to his clients as if they are his only concern at the time. I appreciate all that Curt has done for me and for my family. I truly believe that no one could have done a better job for us."
