With over 20 years in the financial industry I
have worked as a loan funder and closer, a
processor, an underwriter and an underwriting
manager. At Hallmark Home Mortgage my current position is
senior underwriter. I love the fact that
Hallmark has an in-house underwriting department
because it really makes the lending process more
streamlined and efficient.
I have a three year old black Lab named Chloe; and
in my spare time I enjoy playing golf at Coyote
Creek Golf Club in Fort Wayne. I am also a
member and volunteer at the Elks Lodge.
Customer service is vital in any
business. We should strive to treat everyone
with the respect and understanding that we
expect from others.
My favorite thing about working at Hallmark is
by far my co-workers, who are my second family.
Many of us worked together at Waterfield and
it’s great to be working together again. We are
a great team!
