My 23 years of mortgage industry experience began in Philadelphia where I was a loan officer, closer, processor and a Realtor®. After moving to Fort Wayne to work for Waterfield Financial as an assistant operations manager, I was quickly promoted to operations manager. I am now the senior vice president and regional operations manager of Hallmark Home Mortgage. My specialties are processing, closing and insuring.

People may be surprised to find out that I played street hockey when I was younger! I also like watching all sports, but my greatest joy is spending time with my husband and two boys. Being an involved parent is important to me; and I enjoy serving as the vice president of Homestead High School Athletic Boosters and Spirit Wear director for the Homestead Lacrosse Club. I am also the Religious Education Catechist and Eucharistic Minister with St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Church.

My customer philosophy is to always listen to what the customer is trying to tell me and give them service with a smile. I may not have the answer, but I'll find it. I may not have the time, but I'll make it.

I feel so fortunate to work with such an incredible group of individuals; and my co-workers are my favorite thing about Hallmark Home Mortgage.
