My career in the mortgage loan industry began in 1978 as a closing agent with Waterfield Mortgage. Later positions at Waterfield included FHA and VA underwriter and processing department supervisor.

After leaving Waterfield, I was a loan processor for a local mortgage lender and then an underwriter for a local bank.

My aim, always, is to provide top-notch service and make the home-purchasing and financing experience as hassle-free as possible – to provide the best loan program for each individual borrower.

Away from work, my favorite pastime is spending time with my family; I am married and have a daughter in college. My husband and I enjoy boating on Lake Michigan or just relaxing by the pool. After so many years attending my daughter’s tennis matches, traveling across the country with her volleyball team and watching mock trial competitions, the last two years as an "empty nester" has been quite an adjustment.

Working with former Waterfield colleagues has made the adjustment easier. Hallmark Home Mortgage is a friendly, professional environment where co-workers are like part of my second family.
