Bonnie Cruz - Senior Loan Processor

I began my career in the lending industry 11 years ago as a processor with Waterfield Mortgage, then moved to manage a large refinance processing/closing team. From there I moved over to manage a retail purchase team that worked in New York, Ohio and New Jersey. Now, as a senior loan processor at Hallmark Home Mortgage, I work directly with your Mortgage Consultant to ensure that all documentation is in order and ready for our in-house underwriting department.

I enjoy being with my family and my dogs, Scooter and Harley. In our spare time you'll find us by the pool, at a Komets or Mad Ants game, or cheering on our son's football team!

My customer service philosophy is to treat everyone like I would like to be treated, from the first-time home buyer to the seasoned agents. Everyone involved in the transaction is important to me.
